Sabaa Tahir is a Pakistani-American young-adult fiction writer, who is best known for her young-adult series the "Ember Quartet," including 2015 New York Times bestselling novel An Ember in the Ashes, the 2016 novel A Torch Against the Night, and the 2018 novel A Reaper at the Gates. Her novels are published through Razorbill, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
