Jesper Lok is Vice-Chair at Idonea. From 1987 to 2004, Jesper held a variety of leadership positions at Maersk in Japan, Taiwan, Pakistan, and Nigeria.
After that, he was CEO of the Maersk division SVITZER for eight years and CEO of DSB (Danish Passenger Railroads) during its transformation from 2012 to 2014.
Since 2014, Jesper has focused on board work, including Dagrofa, G&O, Nature Energy, Inchcape, Vestergaard, and UNICEF.
Jesper holds an MBA and has attended a range of business schools in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Jim Hagemann Snabe is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens AG, board member C3.AI, member of WEF Board of Trustees and former Chairman of the Board of A.P. Møller–Mærsk.
Jim’s career in the IT industry has spanned more than 25 years, during which he held several leadership and executive roles. In 2008 he was appointed to the executive board of SAP, responsible for innovation and product development. From 2010 to 2014, he was joint CEO with Bill McDermott, heralding a new era for the software giant.
In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Siemens AG and Chairman of the Board of Directors of A.P. Møller–Mærsk A/S. The latter of these two he handed over to his successor in 2022.
As a member of the Board of Trustees at the World Economic Forum, Jim is actively engaged in efforts related to the Digital Transformation of business and society.
He has an MSc (economics and business administration) from Aarhus University in Denmark and is an adjunct professor at Copenhagen Business School. He is co-author (with Mikael Trolle) of Dreams and Details (2018) and (with Lars Thinggaard) of Tech for Life (2020).
Mikael Trolle is the CEO of Idonea and Dream & Details Academy. He has formerly held the position of CEO, Sports Director, and Head Coach in Volleyball Denmark.
Mikael’s volleyball career spanned eight years as an international volleyball player, followed by 21 years in head coaching positions at club and international levels, summing up 342 matches spearheading the men’s national team. That led to a role as Sports Director and CEO in Volleyball Danmark.
As a keynote speaker, consultant and corporate advisor, Mikael has worked with numerous Danish and International companies and organizations.
He is a lecturer and speaker at the University of Copenhagen, Copenhagen Business School Executive High-Performance Leadership programs, Southern Methodist University in Texas, and IE Business School in Madrid.
Mikael Trolle has an M.Sc. in Biology and Sports Science from the University of Copenhagen. He is the co-author (with Jim Hagemann Snabe) of Dreams and Details (2018), of Sportens Største Ledere (with Peter Brüchmann), and of Den Store Præstation (with Allan Levann).
